Flu Shot Clinic October 14th

Flu shots will be available at Ruby Van Meter School on Friday, October 4th starting at 1:00 PM.

Flu shots are available for staff and students.

Students will need a signed permission slip to get the shot. The form can be found HERE and should be returned to the Nurses’ office.
