Please Reinstall SNAP! Connect

SNAP! Connect (formerly CNXT) is an app that Des Moines Public Schools has been using to send out information to families for the last three years. This app was selected by DMPS because families that are not proficient in English are able to select the language they would like to use to receive messages.

SNAP! Connect recently upgraded their system.

As a result, users may be experiencing some problems with the app.

SNAP! Connect suggests that you delete the app and reinstall it for maximum benefit. The app is free to install.

Hello DMPS Families,

Connect app is now available on Apple and Google Play app stores. You will need to delete and re-install the app to ensure you have the latest version.
