Complete Online Registration Now

Online Registration for 2023-24 is open!

Online Registration needs to be completed before school starts.

  • Look for the link in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
    • When you open your Parent Portal, click on the word MORE at the bottom of the column on the left.
    • Click on the Online Registration box that shows up to the right.
  • Students attending the STRIDE Program will need to complete online registration and may get assistance from Ruby Van Meter.
  • Contact the RVM Office for help with your Username and/or Password.
  • Make an appointment with Celia to use a computer at school or get individual help with registration.

You will need to attach address verification to your registration if:

  • your student is new to Ruby Van Meter,
  • you have moved,
  • your student is entering kindergarten, 6th grade or 9th grade.

Address verification should be a utility bill that is not older than 30 days, a rental agreement or mortgage statement. If you own your home, the Polk County Assessor’s page for the address can be used.

The Ruby Van Meter Office will be open during the summer  from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  At times Celia will be in meetings or working in another part of the building;  please call 515-242-8220 before stopping by to make sure that someone is available to help you.
