Flu Shot Clinic at Ruby Van Meter Oct. 12 from 8:00 – 10:00 AM

Flu shots will be available for staff, students and families at Ruby Van Meter School on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 8:00 – 10:00 AM.

All participants must have a signed consent form. Signed consent forms should be received by Friday, October 6th to ensure that enough medicine is ordered.

Only flu shots will be available, no flu mist, pneumonia vaccinations, etc.

Please bring a copy of both sides of your insurance card (or the card itself) to the clinic.

Persons enrolled in the Hy-Vee Fuel Saver program may will receive 20 cents in points.
