RVM Transition Information Night Thursday, April 13th

Families with students ages 14 and up are invited to join us at in informational meeting on the next stages of planning for your student’s high school and post high school life.

Topics will include:

• Guardianship
• IEP Transition Pages
• Worksites and Employability Goals
• Easter Seals Vocational Rehab
• Adult Services, Medicaid, Medicare
• DMPS 4+ Programs

Meet us in the Ruby Van Meter Cafeteria on Thursday, April 13th beginning at 5:00 PM.

Drinks, popcorn and light snacks wil be provided.
